there are loads od products out there, just read the various labels and see what best suits you, i used to have VO5 now i have john frieda (spelt wrong) they're quite gd i think

get a moisturizin shampoo and conditioner and leave in conditioner (try the sunsilk hairapy hydra tlc system- the bottles r hot pink). then before u staighten, use the garnier fructise shine spray because it helps protect ur hair, but dont use too much or the serum cuz it will make ur hair look greasy. also, be sure to get regular trims...
