Aside from chemically straightening it which I don't reccommend (pricy, bad for your hair, and doesn't look good when it's growing out) you can use shampoos, conditioners, and styling products specially made to help straighten your hair. Also, you can blow it out.

you can get a japenese strightening this will make it perfectly straight, but it is pricy and kina hard on ur hair, and like roots (if u dye ur hair) it has to be touched up every now and then, its hard to grow out. this next option will not get it perfectly straght, but it will be straight-ish. and it really only works if u can just pull ur hair into a ponytail. shower, but in a tight ponytail, sleep on it, and when u wake up take the ponytail out, the top part of ut hair will be straight, if ur hair is reallycurly or wavy this will still leave the bottom curly, but if u have like straight-esque hair it will work. u can just straighten the bottom, only half as much hair to go, getting ut hair in choppy layers can help.

Umm...you can get it permed straight. Otherwise when you blowdry your hair, hold your hairdryer up and blowdry downwards. I'm pretty sure there's a type of Pantene shampoo that completely gets rid of frizz and straightens it at the same time. Also try leaving your conditioner in your hair for a while, and then wash it out (about 5 to 10 min.).
