How do I get my naturally Wavy hair back after straightening it for almost a year?

I also use to do that to my hair but it damaged it so much that I lost a lot of hair. Don't do that anymore because you will loose so much, Did you know that a healthy woman looses 100 strands of hair per day now can you imagine how much a person who damages it looses per day. It really adds up after a while really.

What you need to do is go to your local Target, WalMart or others and buy a shampoo and a conditioner like Pantene that is for curls. Then get some leave in conditioner for curly hair or curl booster and also some gel or moose for curls. That's what I did and you'll see how that helps a lot and next thing you know you'll have your curls back in no time. Hope this helped you...........

You should get a purm (whaterver you spell it) its pretty expensive but it pretty much the only choice you've got.

Stop processing it. I will return to its natural state if left alone.

Like Kim said, a perm is probably the best answer. Go to a salon though, they do the best ones. This is what I did a while ago as I was getting tired of my straight hair. Now I just adore my bouncy curls and so does my SO.:)

use hair prodcuts for culry hair, like the Suave healthy curls line. there are sahmpoos for curly hair, mousse for culry hair, and gel too. there's even a john frieda shampoo that starts curly styles right in the shower!
