What is worse for your hair: chemically straightening it or flat ironing it every day?
flat ironing it everyday would be worse in my opinion.
i remembered that my hairdresser told me rebonding is bad because of the flat ironing.

it takes all the moisture out
there are heat protectors to protect your hair when straightening it
